Is this a cocoon??? Looks very habitable, can I go inside to have a look?
It's a pupa case that has been vacated by its previous occupant. You're most welcome to take a tour.
what's the built up area like? attached bathroom? how far is the nearest gym? what r the neighbours like?
It fits like a sock, bathroom is just right outside (u'd fertilize the tree in return for good support), exercise everytime you want to get in or out of the unit. Free gastronomic smells from the kitchen 1 floor down.
